By placing an order with LKreative, you agree to these terms of purchase. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

**About LKreative**
LKreative is my creative business where I design and sell unique craft products, clothing, accessories, and handmade items. I'm Louise, and I personally oversee all aspects of your order.

 **Orders & Payment**
- All orders are subject to acceptance by me
- Payment is required in full at the time of purchase
- I accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods shown at checkout
- Prices are in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated
- All prices include VAT where applicable

**Product Information**
- I do my best to display colors and details accurately, but actual items may vary slightly due to monitor settings
- Product descriptions are as accurate as possible
- Some items are handmade and may have slight variations - this makes each piece unique!
- curated and chosen items are produced after you order

**Availability**
- Most items are made-to-order or selected
- If an item becomes unavailable after you order, I'll contact you immediately
- I reserve the right to limit quantities on any item

 **Shipping**
- I ship to the countries listed in my shipping policy
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout
- Processing times vary by product type (1-3 days for most items, longer for custom pieces)
- International customers are responsible for customs duties and taxes

**Returns & Refunds**
- 28-day return policy applies (see my full Return & Refund Policy)
- Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, in original packaging
- Custom and personalized items cannot be returned unless defective
- You're responsible for return shipping costs unless I made an error

- All designs, artwork, and content on my website are my intellectual property
- The LKreative name and logo are my trademarks
- You may not reproduce, distribute, or use my designs without permission

 **Privacy**
- I respect your privacy and handle your personal information responsibly
- Your information is used only to process orders and communicate with you
- I don't share your information with third parties except as necessary to fulfill orders

 **Limitation of Liability**
- My liability is limited to the purchase price of your item
- I'm not responsible for indirect or consequential damages
- I'm not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond my control
