**Processing Time**
I process orders within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Custom and personalized items may take longer - I'll let you know the expected timeframe when you place your order.

**Shipping Methods & Delivery Times**
- **Standard Shipping (UK):** 3-5 business days
- **Express Shipping (UK):** 1-2 business days  
- **International Shipping:** 7-14 business days (depending on destination)
- **Print-on-Demand Items:** 5-10 business days (includes production time)
- **Dropshipped Items:** 7-15 business days (fulfilled by my supplier)

**Shipping Costs**
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. I offer:
